  • GCSE Success again in 2012

There were celebrations all round at Saint Benedict as our students received their GCSE results this week. Despite the much publicised issues with the marking of GCSE papers we are delighted to report that our students managed to maintain and improve further on the great improvements of last year. Almost three quarters of students achieved five passes at A*-C or equivalent (73% up from 67% last year) and 55% achieved five good passes including English and Maths. Fifteen of our young people managed to achieve 8 or more Aand A* Grades with eight achieving ten or more A*-A Grades.

We congratulate all of our students on their successes and wish them all the very best for the future
